OVERVIEW

OUG (Oyuny Undra Group) is a highly diversified business group headquartered in the capital city of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. It was established in the early 1990s following the country’s transition into a free-market economy. Many of our core businesses are located within the region, while some are in remote steppe-inn areas.

The head company, OUG, is responsible for formulating and directing the overall group’s strategy. It provides a range of services, including recruitment, employment, and training of staff for the group and its subsidiaries. OUG spans diverse business units such as real estate development and management, media and entertainment, rare metals mining, hospitality, travel and tourism, retail, agriculture, and logistics.

The group employs over 1,700 people and focuses on building capabilities, innovation, and setting standards for various business sectors. We aim to create long-term sustainable value and enhance returns to our business partners, tenants, consumers, investors, and employees, thereby achieving mutually beneficial relationships and sharing our success.
